We collect the following types of information when you use SCF Viewer:

• Account information: your name and email address, provided during account creation or invitation
• Usage data: your conversations with the AI assistant, search queries, and interactions with the Service
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Improve the product experience and develop new features
• Ensure the security and integrity of the Service
• Communicate with you about your account or changes to the Service

3. AI Data Processing

SCF Viewer uses the Claude API, provided by Anthropic, to power its AI assistant. When you interact with the AI assistant, your messages and relevant context are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train its models. All AI interactions are stateless from Anthropic's perspective. They do not retain your conversation data after processing your request. 4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Conversation history is stored on a per-user basis and is accessible only to the authenticated account holder.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• Anthropic: for AI processing as described in Section 3
• Amazon Web Services: for infrastructure hosting and data storage
• Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information and conversation history within 30 days. Some data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format

8. Cookies

SCF Viewer uses session cookies solely for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as our cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
